Getting Started

  • The cruise is currently sold out! There may be waitlist positions available as we get closer to the cruise day if anyone sailing or on the waitlist needs to cancel.   • Before creating an account on the Princess Cruises website and booking your room, please read the Cruise Information page here.
  • All attendees, including, children will need to have a valid Passport to sail! Processing times are currently 6 to 8 weeks for standard processing and 2 to 3 weeks for expedited processing, so please complete this process as soon as you can. Learn how to obtain or renew your Passport at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html.
  • Please visit the Wedding Information page to access time, location, and attire details for the wedding.
  • Please visit the Port Everglades & Hotel Accommodations page to view information about where to board our cruise and to view a list of hotels near the Ft. Lauderdale Airport and the cruise port, Port Everglades.

tips and info for preparing to cruise

  • Our Travel Agent, Allison Larson, has created some helpful YouTube videos for first-time Princess cruisers, please find a video about preparing for a Princess Cruise here, a video about embarkation here, a video about what to do two weeks out here, and a video for disembarkation here!   • We strongly encourage all guests to arrive in Florida at least one day before the cruise embarks on April 27th, 2024 so that any flight or baggage delays do not prevent you from sailing away with us and enjoying your vacation!
  • Once you have booked your room, please follow the steps outlined by Princess to get “OceanReady”. Download the Princess Cruises App to your iPhone or Android device, or update your existing app to the newest version, to complete the OceanReady® steps before you sail.
  • Princess Cruises website has a helpful FAQ page on how to prepare for the upcoming cruise. Take a look at commonly asked questions and helpful tips at https://www.princess.com/en-us/faq.
  • Princess offers transfers from the Ft. Lauderdale Airport, they pick up in the baggage claim. If you fly in the day before or earlier, or decide to fly in by way of the Miami airport, you can still pick up the transfer at the Ft. Lauderdale airport. Contact Allison to arrange your transfer.
  • Locate your Princess Boarding Pass on the Princess App. Your Boarding Pass will indicate your boarding window to get on the cruise ship, be sure to get to the terminal before the end of your boarding window in order to sail! You can find your boarding pass under the number of days until embarkation, next to your check-in status and package options.
  • Don’t forget to print your Princess luggage tags for each piece of your party’s luggage and attach them before arriving at the cruise terminal on embarkation day. You can find your luggage tags on your Cruise Personalizer page on the Princess website via the “Luggage Tag & Travel Summary” link at the top right of the webpage beneath the blue header.

Please keep in mind, this cruise is not only Randal & Lindsey’s wedding celebration, but also an opportunity for you and your family to take a tropical vacation!
Wedding celebrations and group activities will be limited and announced leading up to the embarkation date, providing you with ample time to explore our destinations and enjoy the ship’s accommodations on your own.
